WYSE (Westchester Youth Sports Empowerment) was founded on a simple belief:

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed through sports, regardless of their family's income or zip code.

Across Lower Westchester, and the surrounding communities we serve, from the Bronx, Yonkers, Mount Vernon, and New Rochelle to White Plains, and beyond, young people face vastly different levels of access to high-quality athletic facilities, coaching, mentorship, and developmental opportunities. While talent is distributed equally, opportunity is not.

WYSE exists to help close that gap.

As a nonprofit organization, we are creating pathways for young athletes to access high-quality training, mentorship, leadership development, and life-changing experiences that might otherwise be out of reach. Through scholarships, reduced-fee programming, community partnerships, free clinics, and outreach initiatives, we work year-round to ensure that every child has the opportunity to develop their potential both on and off the field.

At the center of this mission is The WYSE Clubhouse, a state-of-the-art, nonprofit-owned community asset designed to serve families for generations to come. More than a sports facility, The WYSE Clubhouse is a place where young people can build confidence, character, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Our vision is to bring together exceptional youth sports and development programs under one roof, creating a hub where athletic excellence, mentorship, education, and community impact intersect. By partnering with best-in-class organizations that share our values, we are building a model that expands access, strengthens communities, and empowers the next generation of leaders.
